ok, so if you want help you could download mIRC(.com) and connect to irc.quakenet.org or irc.efnet.org, after that join #PHP channel and there you could ask anything you want. besides that PHP.net is the best place for explenations on php functions. a good programming program is NuSphere PhpED.

Then look down in the server languages. I use this website for any simple questions I may get, they also testing pages throughout the tutorials. This is really good for learning. An example is displayed and then you can change the coding and see the effect. Learning languages will never stop once you start as they are always changing and you will need to keep up with the current trend. Hope this helps.
