Contact form

Does anybody know of a simple to use/install contact form?
i have a crappy one on my site www.yesh-tours.com and as i'm redoing it now, i'm looking for a better one.
I could also buy one (i send you the page and you install it) if the price is right.

i am an absolute idiot regarding programming and so... :P
